This amount is less than 2% of the $8 million cap and still falls short of the official target of $3.2 million.

This round sells a maximum of 5% of the total supply, with the token LNRA priced at $0.16, corresponding to a cap of 1 billion tokens and a fully diluted valuation of about $160 million, consistent with the valuation in the institutional round. Payments are made in USDC on Base, with KYC done via Sonar, a minimum investment of $100, and a maximum of $100,000 per wallet in the open pool. Badge holders access a reserved pool, while others are allocated proportionally.
