This account is established by the Treasury Department, with BNY Mellon as the financial agent, Robinhood as the broker and initial trustee, and involved in application design, launching on July 4; in Q2, it reported over 7 million registrations and nearly $1.5 billion in deposits, with eligible citizens born between 2025 and 2028 receiving $1,000 in seed funding from the government.

In terms of market mechanisms, the buyers are retail funds looking to consolidate trading, deposits, children's accounts, and on-chain tokens into one application, while the sellers are traditional banks and independent charitable channels.
