The official also warned against trusting unsolicited private messages, prohibited sharing of passwords, mnemonic phrases, private keys, or verification codes, and stated that it reserves the right to pursue legal action against those who fabricate, distort, or maliciously spread false information that harms users or the platform's reputation, urging users to rely only on official announcements and customer service channels.

WOO X was incubated by Kronos Research and was acquired by FusionX Digital in Q4 2025; public information indicates a connection between the latter and BitMart founder Sheldon Xia. BitMart announced its suspension and restructuring on July 26, 2026, with some user funds still inaccessible, and related complaints continue to increase.
