Felix Pago secures $200 million in equity and debt financing

The cross-border remittance fintech company Felix Pago, aimed at Latin American immigrants, has completed $200 million in financing, with a16z leading an $87 million equity round and General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund providing a $113 million credit facility.

The financing structure does not consist entirely of common stock. The $87 million equity financing led by a16z includes participation from QED Investors, Castle Island Ventures, Switch Ventures, Contour Venture Partners, and Endeavor Catalyst; the $113 million debt facility is intended to support company growth, typically suited for matching remittance pre-funding, user acquisition, or loan asset funding needs.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Miami by Manuel Godoy and Bernardo García, Felix Pago has raised nearly $300 million in total funding after this round.
