Amy Street, former head of growth at ROVE and former advisor at The Arena, accused the company and founder Jason of long-term salary and expense reimbursement delays, and refusal to provide a complete account of her entitled token distribution.

She stated that she resigned last year after repeatedly urging for her salary. During her employment, she often used her personal credit card to cover event expenses, including those that generated revenue; her salary was still owed during a business trip to Abu Dhabi. She claimed that the other party had made a written promise to end the delays, but the payments were still not settled.

After resigning, the other party was only willing to pay the final payment and provide token information on the condition of signing a termination agreement. Over the past year, some small reimbursements have been received, but large outstanding payments and token distributions remain unresolved. She stated that in September this year, she was informed that the funds had been paid via on-chain transactions, but upon checking, she did not see the corresponding transfers; she then provided a Solana address and requested a small test transfer, but received no response to her email.

She also claimed that the Rove App has been inaccessible for about a year, with user assets locked. The official did not issue a prior notice of closure, nor provided a withdrawal window, and the previous promise of "resuming next week" was not fulfilled. She stated that she has retained payment records, wallet records, and written communications, and is pursuing the outstanding payments, token accounts, and asset access rights through a lawyer, having gone public only after a year of unsuccessful private communication.

The post did not specify the total amount of unpaid salary, the number of tokens, or the scale of locked user assets. Jason was referred to in related statements as Jason DeSimone. The company has not yet provided a public response under the same post.

The accusations target salary, reimbursements, and token accounts, not secondary market transactions. Employees initially covered event costs, and the company tied the final payments and token information to the termination agreement. The beneficiaries are the company accounts with unresolved cash and tokens, while the burden falls on the former employees who advanced funds, and users of the application who cannot log in and have no withdrawal window.

Street did not disclose the date of the lawyer's letter or the court case number.
