As the government continues to print money, as long as the money printing machine keeps running, Bitcoin will continue to rise. He has directly linked price rebounds to expectations of increased Treasury purchases, stating that "money printing will not stop," and has framed Bitcoin's 21 million hard cap within the context of "smart excess, dollar excess, and rising scarcity premiums."

He summarizes the retail path as: in the past, everyone said, "Maybe I should buy a little first, just in case it really takes off." This statement points to a shift from observation to precautionary holdings, rather than a single trading signal.

In terms of funding structure, buying pressure comes from long-term funds treating Bitcoin as a savings account and hedging against fiat currency dilution, as well as institutions viewing regulatory implementation as a risk premium compression; selling pressure comes from short-term funds treating the bill as a binary option and cashing out trading positions after the bill fails. Event-driven factors have a stronger impact on altcoins, exchange licenses, and stablecoin yield products, while the impact on Bitcoin is weaker. Benefiting are Bitcoin itself, which has been classified as a commodity, can be self-custodied, and can be included in spot ETFs; under pressure are intermediary businesses that still need Congress to clarify the boundary between securities and commodities for scaling.

After the Clarity Act failed to pass the 60-vote threshold in the Senate with a vote of 49 to 50, Bitcoin trading continues to be influenced by dollar dilution and supply caps, rather than the outcome of a market structure bill vote.
