Citadel Securities Withdraws U.S. Trade Secret Lawsuit, Pursues Bankruptcy Proceedings in the UK

Citadel Securities, a leading market-making firm on Wall Street, has withdrawn its trade secret lawsuit against Portofino Technologies and is seeking to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against the company's founder in the UK.
Previously, Citadel was awarded approximately £6 million in compensation through London arbitration, but due to difficulties in recovering compensation through U.S. litigation, it has turned to UK legal procedures.
