Rumble CEO Claims 250 MW of Idle Power Could Drive 30x Growth in AI Revenue

Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Rumble (RUM Group), stated that the company's current 250 MW of unmonetized power capacity is expected to unlock approximately 30 times growth in AI-driven revenue.

He noted that monetizing this 250 MW capacity alone could correspond to an annual revenue opportunity of over $3 billion, while the company's total revenue for 2025 is projected to be around $100.6 million.

This capacity mainly comes from data center assets acquired after purchasing Northern Data, with a target to be ready for service around 2027.

Pavlovski emphasized in a Bloomberg interview that the company is fully committed to pursuing this opportunity, with current GPU utilization increased to about 85%.

The company combines its video platform with AI computing infrastructure through its Quake AI business.

Market mechanisms are driven by AI computing demand and idle power assets, with capital flowing towards data center deployments and GPU leasing; beneficiaries are operators with low-cost power and ready capacity, while competitors facing pressure are those with tight power and computing supply.

Rumble is synergistically developing its original video business alongside the new AI infrastructure.

Chris Pavlovski is leading Rumble from a video platform to AI cloud and computing infrastructure through the acquisition of Northern Data, quickly entering a high-demand market by utilizing existing power capacity, creating potential synergies between video data and computing.

In terms of capital pathways, the company is converting unmonetized power assets into deployable GPU capacity, motivated by capturing high-priced revenue from AI training and inference, with resources directly delivered from acquisition integration to large-scale customer contracts.

Similar cases can be seen with other content platforms extending into computing, as well as the current trend of data center operators locking in long-term AI contracts through power reservations, with AI infrastructure at a stage where power becomes a core bottleneck.

The structural judgment belongs to technological substitution, with the mechanism being that idle power capacity can quickly be transformed into high-density computing revenue, giving companies with ready energy assets an asymmetric advantage in AI expansion.
