Bitget Launches C2C Merchant Recruitment to Complete Cross-Asset Funding Entry
Bitget's head of Greater China announced the official launch of C2C merchant ecosystem recruitment to support UEX's cross-asset strategy.
Over the past year, Bitget has focused on derivatives, spot trading, U.S. stock rTOKEN, and CFDs, primarily relying on external channels for deposits, and has now decided to build its own C2C system.
In July, Crypto trading volume exceeded 48 billion, rTOKEN U.S. stocks reached 1.153 billion, stock contracts surpassed 85 billion, and CFDs exceeded 100 billion.
The official emphasized that C2C not only solves deposit issues but, more importantly, provides a secure, stable, and localized funding entry and exit system, and will only recruit experienced and reliable high-quality merchants.
This move aims to serve emerging market incremental users, enabling a single account to configure global assets such as Crypto, U.S. stocks, and CFDs.
Market mechanisms are driven by cross-asset expansion and user conversion demands, with funds and merchant resources flowing towards the platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure; beneficiaries are high-quality C2C merchants and emerging market users, while competitors relying on external deposits face pressure.
Currently, entry is only available through exclusive business invitations, with limited slots.

By integrating Crypto, U.S. stock rTOKEN, and CFDs into a unified account through the UEX strategy, Bitget is completing its self-built C2C funding entry, extending from product to funding, and reducing conversion friction for emerging market users.
In terms of capital pathways, the platform is shifting resources from trading product expansion to a localized deposit and withdrawal network, motivated by the goal of locking in incremental users and improving funding closed-loop efficiency, with merchant recruitment directly serving cross-asset liquidity accumulation.
Similar cases can be seen in other exchanges that build P2P channels concurrently after expanding derivatives and RWA, as well as the current trend of crypto platforms integrating with TradFi, indicating that exchange competition is at a stage where product diversity and funding entry are equally important.
The structural judgment belongs to the reconstruction of the industry chain, with the mechanism being that self-built C2C transforms external dependencies into controllable infrastructure, allowing cross-asset accounts to truly achieve one-click entry and secure exit.
