The BoJ rate hike trade is the most overcrowded trade today. Too many accounts on X regurgitating information. 25 bps hike is already priced in. The only negative outcome is a hawkish forward guidance. Given Japan is waking a very thin line balancing current account deficit, inflation and strengthening Yen, there is no interest to jump the gone. BoJ will be data dependent and look at every meeting the same way the FOMC does.Negentropic · 2025/12/15
Markets don’t fear tightening — they fear uncertainty. BOJ normalization brings clarity to global funding, even if leverage feels pressure short term. • Carry already reduced • Volatility = opportunity • Bitcoin thrives after policy stress, not before Less chaos, more signal. This looks like a setup for asymmetric risk upside.Negentropic · 2025/12/14
Bloomberg chief economist Anna Wong: "Even though the dot plot shows just one 25-bp cut in 2026 — markets are pricing two — our view is that the Fed will end up cutting by 100 bps next year... we anticipate weak payroll growth and scant signs of an inflation resurgence"Negentropic · 2025/12/10
Vanguard embracing $btc & $eth is bigger than BlackRock doing it earlier because Vanguard controls the deepest pool of passive retirement capital. This isn’t speculative money: it’s automatic 401(k) contributions, target-date flows, and decade-long rebalancing. Once $btc enters those default allocations, the buy pressure becomes structural, price-insensitive, and relentless.Negentropic · 2025/12/03
