Agency 才是真正稀缺的资源。 工具并不稀缺。信息很便宜。协作也很容易。 但这些本身，并不会改变现实。 Agency才会。 Agency意味着： 在没有确凿证据时依然做出判断， 在结果不明朗时仍然采取行动， 并在结果出现后，对后果负责到底。 它是一种拒绝——当事情变得不舒服时，拒绝把责任再推回给“系统”。 现代工作环境正在悄无声息地，把能动性从一切事情中抽干。 决策被“共识”层层包裹， 风险被“流程”不断稀释， 所有权被模糊到最后，没人能指着某个具体的人说： “这个东西，是因为他/她才存在的。” 你可以在这样的环境里待上很多年， 却从未真正让世界移动哪怕一寸。 这就是为什么组织里堆满聪明人，却依然感觉毫无生命力。 智力是可以规模化的，能动性却不能。 它只会集中在极少数人身上—— 那些愿意做出不可逆决策，并承担后果的人。 只有在这种集中存在的地方，创造才会发生。 真正重要的人， 不是最会表达的， 也不是最“对齐”的， 而是那些把模糊不清变成现实， 并且不推卸、不转移、直接接受现实反馈的人。 每一个有意义的产品、系统或公司， 都是由极少数人打造的—— 他们在更长的时间里，承受着超过舒适边界的能动性。 其余的一切， 都是支持性工作。 Agency is the scarce resource. Tools are abundant. Information is cheap. Coordination is easy. None of that changes reality by itself. Agency does. Agency is deciding when there is no proof, acting when outcomes are unclear, and remaining accountable after the result shows up. It is the refusal to hand responsibility back to the system once things get uncomfortable. Modern work quietly drains agency out of everything. Decisions get padded with consensus. Risk gets softened into process. Ownership gets blurred until no one can point to a human being and say, “That exists because of them.” You can spend years inside that environment and never actually move the world an inch. That’s why organizations stockpile smart people and still feel inert. Intelligence scales. Agency does not. It concentrates in a few people willing to take irreversible action and live with the consequences. Creation only happens where that concentration exists. The people who matter are not the most articulate or the most aligned. They are the ones who turn ambiguity into something real and accept whatever comes back from reality without deflecting it. Every meaningful product, system, or company is built by a small number of people carrying more agency than is comfortable for longer than feels reasonable. Everything else is support work.
