The card is a 1/1 dual gold label Logoman with two signatures, one in English and one in Japanese. The gold label patches are taken from jerseys worn during two home runs on September 7, 2025, and a home run on April 12, 2026. A collector from Florida sold it after opening a pack in Boca Raton, and it was purchased by O'Leary along with Matthew Allen and Paul Warshaw's Secure group, making the public transaction price the highest for an Ohtani card and the third highest in sports card history.

The necklace also features a base of about 2.2 pounds of platinum or gold and rubies. On CNBC, he separated the card price of $11 million from the necklace's estimated $2 million, with the total display valued at about $13 million. The collection also holds approximately $12.93 million worth of Jordan and Kobe dual Logoman cards. O'Leary expressed a desire for alternative collectibles to make up about 5% of the portfolio, holding multiple top cards in an index-like manner.

At the summit, he presented the necklace as a tokenized item: collectibles are already scarce assets, but ownership should still be recorded on the blockchain.
