NVIDIA Partners with PulteGroup to Launch Home Mini Data Centers

NVIDIA has teamed up with residential construction giant PulteGroup and Span to jointly launch home mini data center products.

Each unit is equipped with 16 Blackwell GPUs, 4 AMD EPYC CPUs, and 3TB of memory, utilizing idle household electricity to run AI inference tasks.

Home users and residential developers are accelerating the adoption of distributed AI computing power, shifting funding from traditional data centers to home edge computing. NVIDIA, AMD, and Span benefit from this trend, while centralized cloud computing providers face competitive pressure from decentralization.
