Musk's early judgment on the rapid replacement of digital jobs by AI has evolved to directly attributing the disappearance of call center jobs to super intelligence; his company has tested AI customer service replacements in scenarios like Starlink and positions Macrohard as an agent system that can simulate corporate digital processes.

In terms of capital and execution pathways, xAI and related teams are directing resources toward AI agents that can directly integrate with existing customer service tools to complete outsourcing tasks at lower costs; the motivation is to eliminate the entry barriers of labor-intensive segments while paving the way for broader digital job automation.

Similar cases include early automation replacing telephone operators and data entry positions, as well as many companies currently reducing customer service staffing with chatbots and voice agents; we are currently in a transitional phase where AI can handle routine inquiries, but complex issues still require human intervention.

This fundamentally involves technological replacement and restructuring of the labor force: converting repeatable, clearly defined digital customer service from labor costs to computational costs, leading to a reduction in job numbers; value shifts from the scale of agents to the reliability of models and agents, while accelerating the differentiation between digital and physical jobs.

Once digital jobs can be completed by agents, the rate of contraction will exceed the previous rate of growth.
The disappearance of call centers is not about efficiency improvement, but a shift from human entry to model entry.
Physical jobs involving moving atoms remain, while digital jobs involving moving information are compressed first.
