The slogan itself does not contain new holdings or new securities terms, falling after the company has positioned itself as a digital capital and digital credit machine.

An 8-K filing shows that as of September 7, the company held 845,050 Bitcoins, with a total cost of approximately $63.73 billion, an average cost of about $75,412, accounting for about 4% of the final supply, roughly twenty times that of the next Bitcoin treasury company. On August 31, it disclosed the purchase of 4,603 Bitcoins for about $370 million using proceeds from automatic share issuance, ending a roughly ten-week gap. During the same period, the board increased the digital credit securities repurchase limit from $1 billion to $2 billion, with about $1.19 billion remaining for preferred stock repurchases. No further Bitcoin transactions or automatic share issuances occurred from August 31 to September 7.

The credit layer is the specific object of what he refers to as "building." The company claims to have used artificial intelligence to assist in designing a never-before-seen preferred stock structure, with variable rate preferred stocks like STRC raising about $15 billion for the digital credit family, aiming to reduce Bitcoin's volatility from about 40 to around 4 and extract profits. In a Q&A with investors, he described the current main business as repairing and expanding digital credit, rather than prioritizing dividends for common stockholders. After Bitcoin fell over 50% from its peak in October 2025, the company recorded a loss of about $12.5 billion in a single quarter and executed its first-ever sale of Bitcoin, which it had publicly promised for years not to do, to fund preferred stock repurchases and dollar reserves.

The dollar reserve policy has been formalized by the board as a framework for paying preferred stock dividends and debt interest. The market value of common stock, once around $600 million, was said to reach about $120 billion, before fluctuating significantly with coin prices and premiums/discounts. His old advice to entrepreneurs was to use new technology to create simple products that solve real problems; today, the focus is on artificial intelligence combined with digital assets, particularly digital currencies and digital yields.

The market mechanism breaks down Bitcoin volatility into sellable credit layers. Buyers are preferred stock investors looking for near-par value and stable monthly returns; sellers are treasury companies exchanging common and preferred stocks for coins and then for credit products. Funds flow from the stock market and preferred stock accounts into on-chain holdings, then flow back to preferred stock in the form of dividends. Beneficiaries are issuers who can continue to issue digital credit in a bear market; those under pressure are shareholders who buy common stock at net asset multiples but must first give way to preferred stock. The event driver is the slogan post, while the real machine is the 845,050 coins and the $2 billion repurchase limit.

The slogan does not increase a single coin. Extraordinary things have already been written into preferred stock terms and treasury balance sheets.
