Circle has launched the USDC Bridge, operated by its official team, supporting cross-chain USDC transfers based on a native burn-mint mechanism. It offers fee previews, real-time tracking, eliminates the need for manual path selection, and automatically handles target chain gas fees.
The bridge is based on the CCTP protocol, removing liquidity pool and third-party dependencies, ensuring 1:1 atomic transfers. It has been integrated into platforms like Tinder and Sei, supporting networks such as Sonic, enhancing the efficiency of capital flow in DeFi and application layers.
