Previous reports have attributed this volatility to the pullback of AI chip stocks, Fed interest rate hike expectations, foreign exchange pressures, and outflows of foreign capital.

In terms of capital pathways, the most vulnerable aspect of the Korean market is the excessive concentration of index weight in a few tech giants. Once Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix weaken, the entire index will passively decline; in an environment with active leveraged trading, the declines will be amplified by programmatic selling and margin pressures.

Historically, this structure resembles a "high growth + high concentration" fragile market, where when external shocks occur, it is not all companies that fall first, but rather the most crowded consensus positions.
