Runway held a discussion featuring Stefano Corazza, Head of AI Research at Canva, Ashley Kramer, Chief Revenue Officer at ElevenLabs, and Lindsey Irvine, Chief Marketing Officer at Nebius. The topics included creating tools for creatives, the importance of control and consistency, and how agents are changing the way marketing teams work.

No new contracts or product launches were announced during the discussion. Runway's own agent launched on May 13, with version 2.0 released the following month, allowing users to generate publishable videos from a brief, which can then be edited by humans on a timeline. The company clarified that the agent does not replace creative judgment but reduces the need for manual switching between multiple generative models.

Corazza previously managed Roblox Studio, worked on augmented reality at Adobe, and founded the motion capture and auto-rigging platform Mixamo. His public framework at Canva consists of three steps: first feeling fresh, then enduring downloading and pasting, and finally integrating generation into existing editing rather than opening a separate interface.

Kramer joined ElevenLabs on September 2, having previously led enterprise sales at OpenAI and worked at GitLab, Tableau, and Alteryx. ElevenLabs' enterprise revenue now accounts for about 55%, with over 15 million conversations weekly, serving clients including Meta, Stripe, and Klarna. In this discussion, she represented the voice and agent sales to enterprises, rather than model papers.

Nebius sells training and inference computing power. The three companies correspond to creative software, voice agents, and computing power, rather than being on the same product level. Control and consistency were prioritized over generative quality, referring to the need for brand, tone, and style to remain consistent across outputs.

Buyers want to produce ads and social media in bulk without redoing each piece, while sellers provide generative tools and computing power. The event was driven by the discussion. Budgets are shifting from project-based outsourced production companies to reusable agent seats, benefiting those who can maintain brand consistency, while models that only produce one-off surprises and cannot replicate the same character are under pressure.
