Sui Network Launches Seal MPC Programmable Access Layer on Mainnet
Sui announced that Seal MPC has gone live on the mainnet as a programmable access layer for data, AI, and digital assets. Builders can choose independent key servers, MPC committees, or hybrid modes to achieve stronger trust assumptions for encryption protection.
Seal MPC provides a single aggregated endpoint to simplify committee access while being fully compatible with existing SDKs, access policies, and encryption processes, supporting applications such as encrypted data, AI agents, messaging, and programmable wallets.
The blockchain infrastructure enhances the trust model, allowing sellers (Sui ecosystem builders) flexible choices, while projects relying on traditional key management face pressure, with funding flowing towards platforms with advanced encryption and MPC capabilities.

ABAB AI Insight
Sui Network, as a high-performance Layer 1, continues its layout in programmable finance and assets with the launch of Seal MPC. The MPC technology reduces single point failure risks, similar to iterations of other on-chain privacy and security solutions.
On the capital path, Sui integrates and expands developer tools through the mainnet, focusing resources on optimizing trust models and application layer support, motivated to attract emerging use cases like AI agents and encrypted data, thereby increasing ecosystem TVL and activity.
Similar to Ethereum's privacy enhancement proposals and Solana's related tools, the blockchain track is currently in a phase of diversifying trust assumptions and unifying developer experiences, with Sui's move strengthening its differentiated competitiveness.
Essentially a technological alternative, the mechanism involves the MPC committee dispersing key management risks, enhancing the security of encrypted assets and AI data, shifting pricing power to public chain platforms that provide flexible trust infrastructure, and driving the restructuring of DeFi and Agent economic structures.
