Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff announced the official launch of Agentforce AI colleague, which is deeply integrated into every Salesforce search bar.

Agentforce can call CRM data, workflows, customer history, opportunities, and cases in real-time to execute actions directly, eliminating the need for copy-pasting, tab switching, or context switching; users simply need to "ask-execute-complete."

Users can also build custom Agents that run natively on Slack, Teams, and mobile, and it is currently available to all Agentforce customers.
