Linear Launches Team Documentation Feature, Founder Criticizes Product Comparison Pages

Linear founder Karri Saarinen announced the recent addition of a sleek team documentation feature: documents are automatically assigned to teams, with each team having its own independent document list and the ability to pin to the homepage.

Karri also criticized that most product comparison pages contain intentional or unintentional errors, believing such comparisons are difficult to be objective since different products solve the same problem in different ways, and fixed checkboxes often lead to misleading conclusions.

He suggested providing clear information for customers to make their own judgments rather than relying on simplified comparisons.
