Shaw claimed that baoskee, knowing that a16z required the project to change its name to avoid trademark issues, failed to launch the promised Snapshot voting mechanism and instead sold a large amount of ai16z tokens from the execution wallet.

In response, baoskee refuted the claims, calling Shaw "completely insane."

Baoskee pointed out that Shaw had previously used the ai16z brand to Rug multiple pump.fun projects; turned the community Meme coin into a mature company, resulting in serious copyright infringement issues; caused the token's market value to drop from billions to six figures; launched a second token Rug first and caused users to lose funds; and that the Snapshot voting has been launched (the website is still accessible), with daos.fun personally adding and locking over $1 million in ai16z liquidity.

There are significant discrepancies in the statements from both sides, with Shaw indicating he will provide on-chain records as evidence.
