Claude Code Launches Agent View, New Multi-Agent Parallel Management Feature
Anthropic announced today that Claude Code has launched a new Agent View feature (currently in research preview).
Users can now view all sessions through a unified list, supporting the simultaneous operation of multiple Claude Agents, each capable of running independently in the background without occupying terminal tabs.
Users can see the status of all tasks (running, waiting for response, completed), support inline replies to unblock, and switch between different sessions without losing context.

This feature is an important step for Claude Code towards a true multi-agent working system. Previously, users could only handle tasks serially; now they can dispatch multiple agents in parallel, greatly enhancing the execution efficiency of complex projects (such as developing multiple modules simultaneously or researching multiple directions in parallel).
Structural judgment: Essentially a technological replacement. Agent View upgrades AI from a "single-threaded assistant" to a "team of agents that can be managed in parallel," with the mechanism based on a unified view + persistent background operation, significantly reducing manual coordination costs and promoting the transformation of developer productivity from single-agent assistance to multi-agent collaborative work mode.

A single agent is an assistant, but a group of agents is a team.
The best AI is not faster, but capable of doing multiple things at once.
Whoever masters multi-agent management to the extreme will control the gateway to the next generation of AI workflows.
