Binance Research reports that the stablecoin reserves on the Binance platform have reached $53 billion, with market share rising from 54% to 57%, approximately $42 billion higher than the second place.

In the first five months of 2026, the trading volume of TradFi perpetual contracts exceeded $1.1 trillion, with Binance accounting for about 47%; wealth management has issued a total of $1.2 billion in returns, and BNB Chain sees daily stablecoin transactions of 10 million.

Binance has previously expanded its stablecoin reserves through Launchpool and ecosystem incentives, and has made multiple moves into payments and on-chain applications since 2022. This report continues its strategy of reinforcing industry leadership with data.

On the capital path, stablecoin reserves and wealth management returns attract user funds, directing resources towards BNB Chain and TradFi contracts, motivated by the goal of building a closed-loop ecosystem. Strategically, it aims to convert trading fees and profit sharing into long-term user stickiness and market share.

Similar to Tether's early reserve expansion path, and the compliance competition of Circle and USDC, Binance is currently in a control phase of stablecoins transitioning from a trading medium to a global settlement infrastructure.

Essentially, this is about capital concentration: the one-stop layout of the stablecoin ecosystem accelerates the aggregation of funds towards leading platforms, driven by network effects and yield incentives, prompting the transfer of pricing power from decentralized exchanges to comprehensive ecosystems like Binance, reshaping the global financial settlement structure.
