YZi Labs Incubates 24 Projects in Q4, Each Receiving $500,000; Standardized Checks Accelerate Scalable Layouts

YZi Labs announced the completion of the fourth season of EASY Residency, incubating 24 early-stage Web3, AI, and biotechnology projects, with each company receiving an investment of $500,000.

This season's projects underwent 10 weeks of online and offline incubation in Bhutan, focusing on next-generation global financial infrastructure, primarily covering stablecoin payments and cross-border settlements, on-chain foreign exchange and credit, institutional-level liquidity and market-making, privacy and compliance, AI agents and automated trading, on-chain financial consumption and enterprise applications, AI security and creator infrastructure, among other areas.

Notable projects include XHunt, which focuses on AI-based creator intelligence and opportunity infrastructure; Aile, which specializes in regional stablecoin on-chain foreign exchange; D0, which provides local payment channels for emerging markets; Kravata, which offers stablecoin account payment and fund transfer infrastructure for Latin America; Nara, which is developing programmable credit for cross-border payments; Primus, which provides institutional-level on-chain privacy infrastructure; Roostoo, which develops AI trading agent training and screening platforms; xAPI, which creates an API marketplace for AI agents; and XStable, which offers on-chain gold and foreign exchange trading infrastructure.

YZi Labs stated that this season's projects reflect its judgment on the future development of global payments, on-chain markets, and "agent finance," indicating that financial infrastructure will become more programmable, localized, compliant, and further integrated into everyday financial scenarios.

Currently, YZi Labs manages over $10 billion in assets, with a portfolio covering more than 300 projects across 25 countries and regions, of which over 65 have participated in its incubation projects.

In terms of market mechanisms, the standardized $500,000 checks and the Bhutan offline residency accelerate the landing of early-stage projects, with funds flowing from YZi Labs' portfolio into stablecoin payments and AI agent infrastructure. Event-driven layouts boost the valuation of programmable finance tracks, benefiting startup teams with regional payment and agency capabilities, while traditional cross-border settlement and centralized market-making models face pressure.

YZi Labs has previously supported over 65 projects through the first three seasons of EASY Residency. This season expands to 24 projects and locks in the Bhutan offline residency, continuing its incubation path from the Binance ecosystem to global financial infrastructure, similar to early accelerators that use standardized checks to batch layout emerging tracks.

In terms of capital pathways, institutions combine a single standardized investment of $500,000 with a 10-week residency, motivated by securing the next generation of payment and agent finance entry points. Resources are directed towards stablecoin foreign exchange, privacy compliance, and AI trading agent projects through online co-creation and Bhutan's Demo Day, forming a closed loop from seed checks to regional landing.

Comparing to a16z crypto accelerator and Binance Labs' early incubation batches, YZi Labs is currently transitioning from an exchange-associated fund to an independent global financial infrastructure definitor, shifting its industry position from the Web3 application layer to the underlying clearing and settlement and agency execution.

The structural judgment belongs to the reconstruction of the industrial chain, where the mechanism is that programmable stablecoins and AI agents lower the barriers for cross-border and institutional access, forcing capital to migrate from traditional banking tracks to localized on-chain infrastructure, leading to a concentration of payment and credit dominance among new projects with regional channels and compliance capabilities.
